This course continues Canon Law I and it focuses on the canonical-pastoral dimension of the sacraments--including recent legislation of the Church regarding marriage. It examines the significant canons of the following Books of the 1983 Code of Canon Law: the Sanctifying Office of the Church, the Temporal Goods of the Church, Sanctions in the Church, and Processes.
